Generic Instance	Form for any type of request, communication, complaint, etc. that you wish to present to the Town Council (Document with editable fields).

Application for Town Planning Report	Application form for urban planning report prior to requesting integrated environmental authorisation, environmental licence, environmental declaration or notification of innocuous activities (activities included in the scope of application of Law 6/2014, of 25 July, of the Generalitat, on Prevention, Quality and Environmental Control of Activities in the Valencian Community).
Environmental licence application	Activities included in Annex II of Law 6/2014, of 25 July, of the Generalitat, on Prevention, Quality and Environmental Control of Activities in the Valencian Community.
Application for a Declaration of Environmental Responsibility	Activities that are not subject, due to their low environmental impact, to either the integrated environmental authorisation or environmental licence system, and that cannot be considered innocuous because they do not comply with any of the conditions established in Annex III of Law 6/2014, of 25 July, of the Generalitat, on the Prevention, Quality and Environmental Control of Activities in the Valencian Community.
Application for the Communication of Harmless Activities	Activities that meet all the conditions set out in Annex III of Law 6/2014, of 25 July, of the Generalitat, on Prevention, Quality and Environmental Control of Activities in the Valencian Community.
Application Declaration OBTAINING AN OPENING LICENCE	Activities included in Law 14/2010, of 3 December, on Public Shows, Recreational Activities and Public Establishments (bar, cafeteria, restaurant, pub, games libraries, etc. according to the catalogue annexed to Law 14/2010), except for those included in article 10 of the aforementioned Law 14/2010.


Application for change of ownership of the drinking water contract	Application form for change of ownership of the drinking water supply contract.

NOTE: Applications must be submitted on paper and signed at the Town Hall’s registry office. Applications sent by e-mail or other means where the identity of the applicant cannot be guaranteed will not be valid.
