The Town Council has recently launched three consolidation processes for different job positions. An initiative that Mayor Joan Miquel Garcés has explained “on the one hand, is to equip the town council with the staff that it needs and, on the other hand, to encourage work positions in the municipality and that as many people as possible have an opportunity”.
This week, a job pool was opened by order of the municipality. A few days ago, the provisional lists were published of those admitted and excluded from the job pool of multi-purpose workers and a multi-purpose concierge for the sports complex and municipal facilities and buildings.
In order to promote maximum transparency in the selection processes of personnel, the town council has incorporated an entity called the ‘Consorci per a la recuperació econòmica De La Marina Alta’ (Creama) to choose the people who will occupy the positions that have been convened in the job pool.
