11’00h: Demonstration of making sausage with a traditional way by experts from the Vall de Pop.
12’00 a.m: VI “Figatellà” (typical hamburger made in Vall de Pop )
14’00h: Closure of the Fair
14’15h: Departure to the restaurants in the Vall de Pop where you can taste different menus.
During the all morning , tasting sausage and products of the local cuisine.
